Category: A Halo Called Fred

Lump’N’Loaf Records is very happy to announce the release of Go Home Drama You’re Drunk and Other Tales of Going Through Hell to Escape the Evil Monkeys, the latest album by New Brunswick, NJ’s eclectic, geek folk-rock act, A Halo Called Fred, and featuring music that spans their 25 year existence, including new songs, remixed and remastered singles, and re-imagined old classics.

Finely honed through live performances, notably at off-beat cultural events such as Parafest, C.O.G.S. Expo, The Freaky Mutant Weirdo Show and the Macabre Faire Film Festival, the 13 tracks on Go Home Drama,… experiments with new instrumentation, lyrical themes, and include a collaboration with John S. Hall of King Missile “Detachable Penis” infamy.

Asked about the album, Halo’s bandleader Geverend Dee explains, “This album presses the boundaries of our uninhibited sub-conscious, documenting the descent and rise of a steampunk psycho-pop Tupperware band through hell, drama, monkeys, and back. This EARTH CHANGING ALBUM, is GUARANTEED to give you the greatest listening experience in the history of ALL TIME AND SPACE!”
